- Taq DNA Polymerase Master Mix RED is a ready to use 1.1x or 2x master mix. Taq DNA Polymerase Master Mix RED is available in two final MgCl2 concentrations: 1.5 mM and 2.0 mM. Taq DNA Polymerase Master Mix RED is composed of Ampliqon Taq DNA Polymerase, the NH4+ buffer system, dNTPs and magnesium chloride.
- The red dye and the stabiliser do not interfere with the PCR.
